Family Month

For the month of July I will have limited access to email and phone. I'm taking time away to be with my family. Metro Council does not have a recess, and I generally take time each July to be with family. You all have been great in allowing me to share myself with family and friends around this time every year, thank you!

However, we do have a few major items on the docket (in scheduling stage) in the upcoming weeks. Please stay tuned as you will see these items finalized soon.

BL2022-1233 - An ordinance to authorize building material restrictions and requirements for BL2022-1146, a proposed Historic Landmark Overlay District to include a portion of property located at 2208 Elliston Place, at the northern corner of Elliston Place and Louise Avenue, zoned CS

BL2022-1290 - This will be deferred for several months. An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS5 to R6-A zoning for property located at 1712 Arthur Avenue

BL2022-1294 - An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS5 to SP zoning for property located at 1526 23rd Ave. N

BL2022-1297 -  An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS5 to R6-A zoning for property located at 1521 16th Ave. N.

BL2022-1301 - An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS5 to R6 zoning for property located at 1720 Cockrill Street

BL2022-1349 - An ordinance approving an agreement between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, the Nashville 2024 Host Committee, and the Republican National Committee for the 2024 Republican National Convention. 

BL2022-1332 - An ordinance naming the North Nashville Transit Center, to be located at 2521 Clarksville Highway at 26th Avenue North, under the operation of the Metropolitan Transit Authority as the "Ernest 'Rip' Patton North Nashville Transit Center."
