Hello, I have been away and I didn't have the opportunity to connect with you prior to the council meeting this week. Click here to review the Minutes for the October 4, 2022 Council Meeting.
We are heading into the 4th Quarter of this term, and it has been my pleasure to serve you for the past three years. We've had some great wins and several other items that we are working on. Let's push to finish this term strong!
Movie Night Out North
Unifying our communities is a top priority of mine. District 21 has a vast network of parks. The entire city knows about Hadley and Centennial parks, yet we have so many more. On October 13th and October 31st, I'm hosting a series of Movie Nights in the parks. We will explore two of the least known parks in Nashville, right in District 21 - Elizabeth Park and Clinton B. Fisk Park!
I invite you and your neighbors to join me on October 13th and October 31st for a family fun movie night.

Participatory Budgeting Ballot is Open - VOTE NOW!!
For the past two years the city has budgeted $2M for a total of $4M for Participatory Budgeting. Participatory budgeting is a chance for communities to decide together how government money is spent. The process is simple: craft proposals and then vote on how to invest in your neighborhood. In this system, local residents have a direct line to city officials and the funding needed for improvements.
